  9. Does anyone have an example of how to use FW_CDialogFrame.  I am 
  10. attempting to create a dialog with several edit fields.  Unfortunately, I 
  11. do not have a good example of how to use the dialog classes.  It would 
  12. also be very helpful to have a sample resource file (.fr) that shows what 
  13. CDialogFrame expects in order to set up the OK and Cancel buttons.

  15. I was unable to find any documentation in any of the ODF R1 manuals that 
  16. say anything about dialogs (or the resources that are used for dialogs).
